A weekend to slow down and create space for yourself. Together with Valerie from Blatt & Dorn, you'll explore the world of essential oils and discover how the scents of plants can influence our well-being. Create your own natural skincare products and immerse yourself in the art of smudging – the most natural way to fragrance a space. The experience is complemented by a herbal sauna and a shared meditation.

Breakfast buffet

09.00-11.00: Workshop „Aromacare“

In diesem Workshop wird gezeigt, wie uns pflanzliche Düfte beeinfussen und wie wir sie für das Wohlbefinden, die Hautpflege und gegen den Winterblues nutzen können. Es wird erläutert wie der sichere und achtsame Umgang mit ätherischen Ölen gelingt und gemeinsam duftende Produkte zum mit nach Hause nehmen hergestellt.

12.30-13.00 Uhr

Mittags-Snack mit Suppe & Kuchen

15.30-17.00 Uhr: Workshop „Holy Smoke“

Wir können das Räuchern für die magischen Raunächte, zum Ausräuchern, aber auch sanft als Begleitung zu Yoga, Meditation oder einfach als natürlichste Form der Raumbeduftung nutzen. Wir schauen uns an, auf was beim Räuchern zu achten ist: welche Räuchermethoden und welche Räucherkräuter eignen sich wann – von Holunder, Lavendel bis zu „Waldweihrauch“ und weihnachtlich-winterlichen Gewürzen. Gemeinsam wird eine wohltuende Räuchermischung zum mit nach Hause nehmen hergestellt.

17.00-18.00: Herbal Sauna Experience

Anschließend geht es (optional wer mag) gemeinsam in die „Kräuter“-Sauna. So können wir den Nachmittag gemütlich und duftend mit den eigenen erstellten, wohltuenden Hautpflege-Produkten ausklingen lassen.
