You might have already guessed this by its name: The motor activity park in Gamlitz is not an ordinary park. The facility, built around two lakes, is probably the largest and most beautiful motor skills park of its kind in all of Europe.
Together with sports scientist Roland Werthner the municipality of Gamlitz planned and developed a motor skills park, suitable for all age groups. Enjoying physical activity is the parks' main aim! The motor activity park Gamlitz is the perfect opportunity to integrate physcial activity into your holiday - for the entire family. Let's take a look at the park!
Training with a motor activity coach
The motor activity park is the perfect place for training condition, coordination and motor skills. And it’s just a short walk away from our hotel! Our guests visit this place not only because of its proximity to us, but also because of the great range of sports, exercises and activities the park has to offer.
Guests who would like to train under guidance can even book a personal motor skills coach.
No matter whether adults or children, if you're an amateur, or professional athlete, if as leisuretime activity or part of a professional training session: The stations are suitable for anyone who enjoys
to exercise. You can only tell whether you are an amateur or a professional by how often you complete repetitions, how quickly you do it and, above all, how skillfully you do it. However: The more you practice,

About 40 stations and over 100 exercises invite you to train your coordintation and motor skills. A balance course, earth wave running, a sensory trail and much more awaits you!
