🍷 Der Junker im Weinlandhof: Alles, was du wissen musst.
Ja, wir wissen. Draußen hat`s gefühlt 30 Grad und niemand möchte an den Herbst denken. ☀️😅
Aber wir machen eine Ausnahme.
Denn wenn die Junkerzeit in der Südsteiermark beginnt, dann ist das einer der schönsten Gründe, sich auf den Herbst zu freuen. 🍂🍷
Ob beim Junkerverkostungs-Wochenende oder beim Junker-Aktivwochenende mit Wanderung und Radausfahrt – wir hätten da zwei sehr gute Argumente gegen den November-Blues. 😉

Komm mit Rosi zum Ernten in den Hochbeet-Garten! 😉🫑🌶️
Nachdem unsere Basilikum-Ernte derzeit recht üppig ausfällt, machen wir daraus unser eigenes Pesto:
🌱 120g Basilikum
🌱 150 g Parmesan
🌱 80 g Pinienkerne
🌱 1/2 Knoblauchzehe
🌱 100 g Butter
🌱 350 ml Olivenöl
🌱 Nach Geschmack Salz Pfeffer
Für das Pesto hacken wir Basilikum und Parmesan in grobe Stücke. Die geben wir dann zusammen mit den restlichen Zutaten in einen guten Standmixer und pürieren alles fein. Nach Geschmack würzen und in kleine Gläschen abfüllen - fertig! 💚🪴
Tipp: für extra Geschmack könnt ihr die Pinienkerne noch kurz in einer Pfanne ohne Fett rösten.
👉🏼 Kürzer könnte die Lieferkette unserer Lebensmittel kaum sein. Und genau das sieht und schmeckt man bei uns im Restaurant - überzeug dich gerne selbst davon! 💛
