As the season comes to an end, everything slows down. The heat is gone. So is the pressure. What remains is the great feeling of having ridden. Of having seen so much. Of having experienced so much. And that's exactly why we've created the perfect way to bring the season to a close – together. One last ride this season. Time to get back in the saddle. To set off. Not to win – but to enjoy. From 30.10.-1.11.2026 Ausrollen invites you to an extraordinary gravel and road cycling experience, featuring a thoughtfully curated supporting programme, regional culinary delights, and, above all, plenty of enjoyment on the bike.
For everyone who wants to treat themselves and their gravel or road bike to a special end of the season. At a time of year when Southern Styria slows down, and the roads become quiet, inviting you to enjoy relaxed and unhurried rides. We'll ride through vineyards and over rolling hills with far-reaching views. No chasing Strava segments. No starting gun. Just being here. Just this moment. And to top it all off: honest regional food, a glass of wine, and stories from the season we've shared.
Thanks to the mild climate of our region, the racing bike season starts in March and lasts until late November.
That means you'll experience Ausrollen together while riding in separate road cycling and gravel groups. When you register, simply let us know whether you'll be joining on a road bike or a gravel bike. Please note: Participation with a gravel bike is limited to 20 riders. Why? Because Southern Styria is still something of a hidden gem especially when it comes to gravel riding. And as is often the case, the best routes aren't always easy to find. Don't worry - we've done that for you. We've carefully selected the finest routes and even arranged exclusive access to trails through the vineyards that are normally not open to riders.
That's exactly why the number of places is limited. Not to put any pressure on you to sign up quickly, but because smaller groups simply make for a more enjoyable and safer experience on gravel routes.
Ausrollen is the antidote to the rush. And the perfect way to bring a great season on the bike to a close.

However you choose to experience it, Southern Styria has plenty of wow moments in store for everyone. Especially in November, when the morning mist creates an almost mystical atmosphere. But don't worry - the sun still has enough strength to break through and warm your back as you ride. The endless views across the countryside add to the magic and delight the senses. And best of all: quiet roads, varied climbs, and plenty of culinary delights waiting to be discovered along the way. Just one word: chestnuts!
Taking A traditional "Jause" is still a Must, particularly, when it comes to gravel biking. And of course: The best routes and resting spots are to be found first. Don't worry, that won't be your challenge this weekend. Thomas and Hannes have put together unique tours for you and even make it possible to take routes through the vineyards which are usually not accessible.
That's also why the number of places is limited. Not to put any pressure on you to sign up quickly, but because smaller groups simply make for a more enjoyable and safer experience on gravel routes.
Our number of participants is limited. Because small groups are simply more pleasant and safer on gravel routes.
