The Amtmann - garden, farm cafe & gourmet shop
Located close to Gamlitz, with the "Amtmann", Franziska Skoff created a very special garden:
Surrounded by wild fruit hedges and wild roses and monastery herbs, there is a lot to marvel at here: a mint field with over 60 mints, a so-called “poison garden”, a rarity bed, lavender fields, a dyer's garden and a cottage garden invite you to marvel and discover.
In the lovely ambience of the farm cafe, coffee and cake will probably taste better than ever before! As a souvenir, you can then get homemade delicacies from the shop to take home – from rose petal salt to lavender syrup.
Tinnauer fruit distillery
Nobody can say no to a Schnaps. Or two. Or three! The Tinnauer fruit distillery produces Schnaps, spirits and liqueurs but also fruit spreads and honey - with a lot of love for the product.
If you would also like to take a look at the in-house distillery, you can book a guided tour with a member of the Tinnauer family.
Vinofaktur Genussregal
If you leave the A9 motorway at Vogau-Straß and then turn right towards Gamlitz, you will see the Genussregal from afar. Inside, exquisite delicacies await you on a total area of 1,700 m².

Glück's Genuss - fruit farm and farm shop
The name says it all: at the farm shop and Obsthof Glück ("luck") you can expect pretty much everything your heart desires in terms of delicacies and delights: Fresh fruit and vegetables, a variety of juices, nectars, fine spirits, liqueurs, fruit spreads, chutneys, dried fruits, farmer's bread and much more!
At Weinlandhof Gamlitz the regional quality products of Obsthof Glück are an essential component of our regional and seasonal cuisine.
Wine tasting at Gamlitz Castle
Just a few minutes' walk from Weinlandhof, located on a small hill in the middle of Gamlitz, you will find a real gem: Gamlitz Castle. The square building from the 17th century impresses with a baroque facade and a Mediterranean courtyard. In the elegant ambience of the newly renovated rooms you can book a wine tasting with the castles' experienced sommeliers.

We are in close contact with many wineries and will be happy to organize a wine tasting for you on-site. Whether you get there on foot, by bike or by taxi is entirely your choice. Speaking of taxis:
As a guest of the Weinlandhof, you can take the Gamlitzer Service Taxi free of charge from the hotel to many wineries and Buschenschanken - and back again! Wine tasting is twice as much fun if you don't have to worry about the way home.

The family run business, including the pumpkin seed oil museum, guarantees an experience that is both historical and enjoyable. A visit is especially worthwhile when the oil mill is in operation so you can follow the production steps up close.
