Die Liebe zu regionalen Produkten ist bei uns nicht neu, sondern quasi schon immer gel(i)ebte Tradition. So kommt ein Großteil unserer Lebensmittel aus weniger als 50 Kilometer Entfernung. 🥚 Eier vom regionalen Händler, 👨🏻🌾 Kernöl vom Bauern ums Eck, 🥩 Fleisch von der örtlichen Fleischerei oder von Bauern aus der Südsteiermark. 🥕🥬 Auch Gemüse und Obst werden je nach Saison fast ausschließlich von den Landwirten aus der Region geliefert. 🌿
Und die kürzeste Lieferkette endet nur ein paar Schritte hinter unserer Haustür. Für unseren frühlingshaften Wiesenblatt-Salat landen frische, saisonale Blüten und Kräuter auf dem Teller, die wir selbst sammeln. 💚
